"Occidental Caribe resort over all was very good, but our butler, Juan Carlos is who made our vacation EXELLENT. Juan greeted us at check-in and assured us that he would take care of all our needs, Juan was true to his word! We were a family of 14 in 6 rooms, and Juan remembered each of us and our room numbers.
