"The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they did not provide shuttles buses to and from the airport. I had to find my way in an uber to get to the resort and I felt very uneasy about that. Especially since there was a language barrier. I would have paid for the shuttle bus but I would have felt safer knowing that the resort sent the driver."

"I recently stayed at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana for a few days with family and loved the adults-only vibe. The service was hands down the best I’ve experienced at any resort, friendly, attentive, and consistent. Housekeeping was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable.
The food, however, could use improvement. The buffet was limited, the specialty restaurants were just okay, and overall, the options felt minimal. The in-room TV also needs an upgrade, poor picture quality, weak volume, and...

"This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals."
"If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone."
"The property is really nice, all the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of food, but the quality is not the best (I guess this is common for all inclusive). The Italian restaurant is really bad, but we are Italian so we might be picky. All the meat was good and well cooked (except in the Italian restaurant). The pools are awesome, especially if you are in the adult-only section. Overall a good property, we would go again. "
