"We are ussually prefer to stay at nusa dua area, but for this time, want to try at seminyak. This hotel is close to the beach, with very nice view to the sea. All good, but the room is too big and the price is too expensive. Breakfast is worse, the food is not good at all. No need to breakfast in the hotel."

"It’s a great hotel in a nice spot. The highlight was the pool access room. The room was really nice but the type of room we selected made the stay. Like a lot of Bali hotels if you look around you can see some maintenance needed but we had a great trip. We will stay again. The food was really nice at the restaurant too."

"Excellent service and the room was very spacious! The bed is also very comfy. Shout out to all the staff there, they were wonderful and provided above excellent service. Location wise was really good, quite central to the markets and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed how private the villa is too."

"Mengesankan...kami tidak mengira jika Ossotel sebagus ini, kamar tdk luas tp nyaman semua tersedia. Tersedia Mini Bar dengan harga minimarket, juga pool yg sangat nyaman. Private access ke Pantai sangat membantu kami karena hanya cukup berjalan kaki menyusuri gang selama 3 menit. Restoran di area lobby jg nyaman dan terjangkau. Worth it to stay."

Villas are great but pool was very slippery and no hand rail to get out/ in Breakfast was good, room cleaned while we’re having breakfast in their onsite restaurant which was handy. Quiet location but quite expensive. There are lots of cheaper options available in Seminyak . "

"The accommodation was large with a large bathroom. Perfect decor and a good storage. Spacious balcony. Very clean and bottled water provided daily. Filter water machine in the hall way easy. Easy to access. Gym and spa on site. Highly recommend this hotel although outside is very busy."

"Perfect location, just a short walk to Bintang Supermarket & close to Seminyak & double six beach. Welcoming & friendly staff. Great choice of breakfast & it was delicious. I tried a different meal each morning & loved it. My one bedroom villa's location was a little noisy due to being near the kitchen where scooters are parked & could hear the person talking in the next villa & their tv. But I am a light sleeper so may not effect others. But in saying that I would definitely stay here again....

"The property is in a good location and ok. The building and rooms are tired. Difficult to get a lounge by the pool. I asked for a pot of tea after a cafe style coffee. Ok but served cold even after asking to a hot cup. A pot of tea wasn’t included in the breakfast that I felt I paid for. They had tea and coffee on warmers but not really drinkable. One teabag per jug. Our room was grotty - just given a quick wipe over. Lots of Aussies staying and some we spoke to made the same comments. May seem...
