"Great Boutique hotel with the best beach in Isla Mujeres. Our room was super clean, very spacious and COLD! The ACs worked perfectly and kept us cool. We had a little patio that we didn’t get to use but was very cute. The pool area can be a little more maintained. The beach club however was fantastic!! The food is absolutely delicious, drinks are strong and well served and the service is on point. We were there 5 days and everyone was very helpful and welcoming, specially Sonny from the beach...

"Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."

"I stayed here five nights because I wanted to be close to the excitement of the island and centrally located to catch sunrises on the Caribbean Coast and also have a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect for all that, and I personally never minded the five-minute walks to the beaches, and no matter which way you went there were things to see along the way. "Viaje por primera vez por un regalo de mi hija, pero no pude evitar notar que hubo un trato diferente hacia los demás que hacía nosotros siendo nacionales, note que los extranjeros eran mejor tratados, pero si aprecié el gesto de cumpleaños de ama de llaves, además de él servicio de limpieza, las instalaciones son bonitas y cuidadas, pero si tienen que mejorar su atención hacia todos los huéspedes."

"El balcón con vista al mar fue lo único lindo y la cama era cómoda. La habitación estaba limpia pero súper descuidada (tapa de inodoro rota y suelta, grifo del baño flojo, la puerta del baño no cerraba directamente, humedad en el techo, muebles viejos). Entiendo que hay humedad porque está al lado del mar, pero hay que tener mantenimiento en este tipo de propiedades. Al check in la recepcionista pide si o si, como garantía, una tarjeta de crédito o débito con números visibles y nombre. En México...
