No nos pudimos quedar en el hotel debido a que la reserva era por dos personas (por error) y faltaba un niño en la reserva que se realizó. “Esto lo entendemos” lo que no entendemos es que no tuvieron la menor intención de resolver la situación y ya entendemos si se cancela o no podemos quedarnos en el hotel nos cobran igual el dinero. En ningún momento nos ofrecieron una solución ya que no recordamos o sabíamos del cobro. Por ejemplo pudieron decirnos que nos daban otra habitación adicional si no tenían para tres. Más adelante adjunto la foto del cobro en rojo y en verde del otro hotel que tuvimos que pagar.

Au calme, très bien situé dans le XVe à proximité de la très animée rue du Commerce et à deux pas du Champ de Mars mais aussi au carrefour immédiat de 3 lignes de métro desservant tous les quartiers de Paris, je recommande cet établissement à l'excellent rapport qualité-prix, surtout quand on peut bénéficier de prix promotionnels sur Hôtels.com ! ;-)))

Bon rapport qualité-prix ! Notre chambre était moderne et nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait ! Bien situé dans un quartier avec plein de commerces à proximité, près du metro et à une distance de marche (15 min) de la tour Eiffel. Pas inquiet de marcher le soir.
