位置非常的靠近所有主要的觀光景點，安全性很高，自助入住很順利！可惜的是廁所洗髮精按壓的瓶子壞了出不來，第二天洗澡也沒熱水。

The apartment entrance looks shabby, but the amenities are well organised and is convenient to the main city sites. Well worth the price and very comfortable. Recommended especially for younger singles and doubles

Mutton dressed as lamb. The place is in a nice location, but that’s about it. The room was not very clean (the basics were done, but the walls were manky). Tax had to be paid in cash (5.53) but no change is given.

There is no way of speaking with staff . You can only WhatsApp message them and sometimes they take 4 hours to reply. They didn’t send code to enter building or to enter room. It took two hours to get it sorted out.

The only two good things about the place were, it was in a great location and had a lift. The room was just one small hotbox. Couldn't sleep as it was way to hot. No air-conditioning and no fan. The fan that was in the room was more an exhaust fan. I got an email from them that the television was not working. I also received correspondence from them stating they had transport to the hotel. It appears not it was a generic email sent to me by mistake. The curtains were hanging off. So all up awful night if it was so late I would have moved to another hotel. So no I will not be recommending the hotel.

Perfect for a short stay. Apartment is compact but tidy. We stayed as a family - four adults. Supermarket is opposite and plenty of lovely cafes close by. Louvre is easy walkable as is Pyramides Metro stop. Very secure and a quiet area so felt safe and slept well. Easy check in - instructions are very clear. Overall great value.

Bien que l’emplacement de l’établissement soit idéal, la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. J’ai constaté la présence d’insectes dans la salle de bain, une serviette du client précédent encore étendue, des cheveux et des poils sur les toilettes, ainsi que le réservoir du shampoing et du gel douche vide. Ces éléments m’ont déçue.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. While the property has no front desk, that in itself isn’t the problem. The real issue is the check-in process. Before arrival, you’re required to complete an extensive online verification process through a separate form. If you happen to miss that email, there is no one on-site to assist you and no practical way to access your room. We arrived later in the evening and were unable to check in at all. As a result, we had to book another hotel for the night, even though we had already paid for this room. We never used the room we reserved. What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of customer service afterward. We contacted the hotel multiple times requesting at least a partial refund since the room was never occupied, but our emails have been ignored. If you decide to book here, make sure you carefully check your email before arriving. Otherwise, you could find yourself locked out with no assistance.

Nice stay... but a bit cramped

The good thing is the location. Really centrally located for the big things you want to visit in Paris. The building is an older building that will benefit for some general renovation in the common areas but what should anyone expect anyway Although we were in the room to sleep in the night and we were out the whole day it still felt a bit too cramped for four people. The really unlucky thing for us, is that we stayed there during really hot days (there is no aircondition - just some ceiling fans) and the one room that doesn't have window was really difficult to sleep with the lack of cool air in the room. Overall though I would say that the few mild negatives are overlooked by the really big positive point of the location.

La saleté gâche tout

Les taies d’oreiller et les draps étaient sales. Des cheveux et saletés comme ramassés par terre avec un drap qui serait tombé au sol et pas secoué avant d’être remis sur le lit. Une serviette humide et pleine de fond de teint était accrochée à la porte de la salle de douche. Le mur bleu au dessus du lit était hyper poussiéreux avec les empreintes de mains de plusieurs personnes et le dessus de la tête de lit en velours était aussi très poussiéreux. Le lino pas bien propre non plus. C’est dommage car malgré la petite superficie, l’effort de déco et l’optimisation de l’espace sont visibles. De plus le matelas était confortable. Mais la propreté reste essentielle et là c’est vraiment médiocre.

I would first like to say as soon as we opened the door there was a big bug crawling on the floor. My son was not happy about that. Then when we pulled down the comforter the sheets were full of hair. It was disgusting like they didn’t clean it from the people before us. It wasn’t a little bit of hair it was a bunch from all over the body so it was disgusting. We had to strip the entire bed and go find a store to buy blankets so we could sleep there. We were there for 2 nights. Both nights from 11-1:30 in the morning I’m guessing the bar just closed and they were bringing the glass bottles and putting them in the trash cans. So all we heard because it was so loud we couldn’t sleep was glass breaking from them dumping the bottles in the trash cans. I would not stay there again and I paid way too much to stay the 2 nights there. Would not recommend at all.

Great neighborhood to stay in, short walk to Louvre and Roger sights. Clean little apartment with confertable beds. High ceilings conceils that floor areal of apartment is very small. Excelent fans in «rooms» helped keeping us cool in Paris heatwave. Will book again next time I am going to Paris.
