"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean.
The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet.
We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear and efficient.

"Reception staff were lovely. Restaurant staff were u helpful & uninterested. One one lift working for two of the days we were staying, pretty rubbish for a hotel with rooms on 8 floors. TV didn't work properly and most of the channels on offer were scrambled. After several visits from hotel maintenance we were told system would need a reboot, but it couldn't be done same day as IT department had gone home. Needless no-one turned the following day either.
