"I booked this as a package with flight for two weeks with my teen daughter and I. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and the experience. The rooftop pool always had seats available and was relatively quiet which was great. The room was very clean and very comfortable beds (twin bed room) with great working AC and very quiet which was amazing. Breakfast always had a great mixture of western classics, fresh eggs cooked the way you want, fruit, and breads. And served 6:30-10:30 so great for late risers like us. This is obviously more of a transition location from airport but we thoroughly enjoyed staying here as our prime location with a $3 grab to central Kuta and ability to book tours with adjoining resort. "

"Air conditioners need a clean & service. Not running as cool as they should. A bit of elbow grease & some exit mould in the showers wouldn't go astray either."

"We have travelled extensively around the world & stayed in many 4* & 5* All inclusive hotels & found the hotel to be excellent for our 10 days, recommend all inclusive option value for money for food and drinks- including cocktails. The staff were amazingly friendly and could not do enough for you. I would like to make a note of the following stand out staff for their helpfulness and kindness during our stay. Room:- Lynton who cleaned our room daily was amazing, very friendly and efficient at his job, always had a smile on his face. RESTAURANT:- Arisante, could not do enough for you & went out of her way to get me ice to keep medication cool. Sudi, thanks for teaching us how to speak some Balinese/ Indonesian and being so helpful. Wira & Dwik were stand out trainees and always kept a watchful eye for guests requirements. Both Senni's and Fenny in the spa were attentive at giving instruction's on how to use the Aqua medic Pool. Lindrantin thank you for the complimentary pool access on Nepi day, it was a pleasure to meet you and some of your family and friends. FOOD- The meal choices are extensive every day both with the buffet options and also the A la carte & room service menu. Chefs to be accommodating cooking individual meals. The Indian is delicious and a must go to, Chinese (noisy restaurant with a lot of kids) would be nice to have more choice of drinks, food tasty. The pools itself are beautiful but the paving requires work to it (uneven). Will be returning soon X"

"Great location for airport"

"It was our first hotel after arriving in Bali for the first three days to acclimatize. The food was perfect and it was the first hotel where I could have their protein for breakfast after a workout at the hotel gym. Great idea. The employees were perfect, worked at 100%. Since my girlfriend and I both work in a hotel in Austria, I can say that the technical condition of the hotel, service and Housekeeping all is perfekt. The only tip for the future regarding laundry. Before the guest hands over their clothes, the guest must fill out a list of what they want to have washed. We're thinking about maybe making one more reservation for the last few days before our flight back."

Our room was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed. The pool and bar had us entertained each visit and Nyepi Day was a blast! We would definitely stay again."
