"We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali by IHG. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. After arriving from Lombok at around 9:00 am, we knew standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm, so we expected a long wait. To our delight, the team managed to prepare our room and offered us access by 10:00 am at no extra charge. After an early journey, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The staff's flexibility, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded our expectations and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and offers great value, but it was the outstanding hospitality that made our experience memorable. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Baruna Bali to anyone visiting Bali and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our holiday start so perfectly! 🌴😊"

"What a great little property near the airport to have a short stay before transferring further afield or in transit. The pool/restaurant area is lovely with lots of shade and lovely gardens. We were disappointed that we could not get any lunch at restaurant on early arrival, but also could not get into our room. Even with giving them one weeks notice of our early arrival. I thought they could have tried harder to have a room cleaned earlier for us. A real shame."

"What a beautiful hotel! During my stay, I had the opportunity to stay in three different rooms, allowing me to experience the different room categories for myself. I really enjoyed this, as it gave me a great impression of what the hotel has to offer. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful beach where you can truly relax. I especially loved the peaceful sun loungers, where you can enjoy the beach and the sea in complete tranquility. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff. I have rarely experienced such genuinely friendly, warm and helpful people. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated with kindness and a smile. The genuine hospitality and personal service are what make this hotel truly special. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would happily return!"

"Better than i expected. The best things here are the pool(s), closeness to airport and shops etc, good prices for food and drinks. Also a good family atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable but old. They need to update the old press pads for lights. All are completely worn and a lot of ours didn't work."
