"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"

"クラブラウンジアクセス付きプランにしたのが正解だった タイミングが良かった事もあり部屋のグレードアップをしてもらい感激 予約はオーシャンビューツインだったが、ソファエリアとキッチンにキングサイズベッドに各部屋トイレバス付きでオーシャンビューの部屋にしてくれていたので3泊がとても快適だった ラウンジスタッフのサービスも良くて、英語がたどたどしい私の為に翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションとってくれたり、レイトチェックアウトの要望を叶えてくれたり メインのカウンターのスタッフもグラブ配車の手伝いを丁寧にしてくれた また、荷物をバギーで運んでくれたのと同じスタッフがホイアン迄運転してくれたが、ホイアンでの観光ポイントについて親切にアドバイスしてくれた バギー利用の為に電話すると直ぐには来て貰えないところだけが残念だったケド、スタッフのホスピタリティに関しては大満足だった"

"It was a mid hotel, we enjoyed our stay here but previous hotels were much better. The rooms are not sound proof and if getting a beach front be prepared for a LOT of noise. The breakfast was great, and in a good location. Loved having a mart across the road."

"Location is right across from the beach, but they have no area for beach chairs designated for them. They have two great pools but there is never going to be enough chairs to lounge on and most of the loungers are out in the full sun. The lights are far too bright up by the pool bar. The music they play is lovely but they don't do anything when guests decide to play their own - through either their phones or even a speaker. In fact this was my big complaint about the property. The housekeeping and other teams even prepare fantastic welcome for our marriage anniversary. Phenomenal staff and Great Hotel!"

"Staff welcoming and helpful. Room and bed comfortable. Pool good, massages in spa recommended. Roof top bar handy and "cosmopolitan" cocktail well made. Happy hour 4 to 7 as well. Only slight down side is breakfast bar is average, eg sliced bread quality poor, bacon taste not good - also needs to be crispier, overall selection can be less items but better quality, in the end we went out for breakfast, say lilly's close by or in town."
