Had everything we needed for a family vacation with a 2 and 4 year old! They made everything so easy! I wish there were more dining options as the buffet was closed 1 day. And the beachfront hotel closed another day. Everutjing else required reservations and was full!

The property has many excellent features, such as luxurious accommodations, a beautiful beach, and attentive service. However, although our all-inclusive reservation included access to all 15 restaurants, we could only enjoy four as the rest were exclusively for adults!

Great experience!! Only 1 problem, the one food preparer in the Chef Market was not wearing glove and was touching the grilled chicken, bread and waffle with his bare hands. Very unsanitary!! No bueno!

Check in was lacking any information even when we were told “butler” would help. The front lobby had no one to greet us or bell hop. Time was limited when available to ask for help. Check in map and amenities were not explained. We found most restaurants were hard to get into. Most workers were texting on mobile devices vs providing services. Highlight was drivers between resorts who went out of their way to stop, help or provide info. Don’t recommend for the cost to make a reservation.

They ran out of bottled water, no slippers, coffee, towels….had to supply room with coffee towels etc from abandoned housekeeping carts. Called for service, most calls were unanswered not picked up. Food was disappointing, in particular the HABB RESTAURANT, where service was rude and dismissive on both occasions we went there. Sling bar was superior, bartender excellent and friendly. Chefs Market and Wine Kitchen were good, although on Dec 22, they refused to seat 7 of us, so 4 went and watched at least five tables for 4 sit vacant the entire evening. Not to mention on our first visit to wine kitchen on Dec17, at about 830 ish after we finished our dinner, we were told to leave by the hostess. Please note service was excellent both times at the Wine kitchen, except for the hostess. D’italia Casitas, on Dec 20 was good, and the service was impeccable. Drinks were very poor quality and weak in flavour. Gift shop was ok, with Adrian being extremely helpful and kind. Never got slippers for the cold floors, never had bath mats, facecloths and enough towels. Stocking the fridge was never consistent, always looking for bottled water . Bird crap on the balcony chairs, never cleaned off. Broken screen door, no divider screen like in other rooms between bed and couch. Cabinet Fridge door did not close. I was surprised that staff had limited if no English , while I tried Español, it was extremely limited. Staff used google translator. Thank you. Turn down service was good.

La verdad la atención fue terrible desde la llegada mis maletas me las entregaron hasta las 8 de la noche después del check in en los restaurantes la atención del servicio terrible y para llevarte a nick es mejor moverse por sus medios la camioneta que te lleva es pequeña y tienes solo 2 horarios para moverte en la mañana y en la tarde 5 pm la verdad mal sabor de boca con el servicio no regresaría

El mar no es bonito La comida estaba rica pero no es comida auténtica mexicana . Los trabajadores no saben donde queda algo cuando se les pregunta . Yo perdí mi transporte porque me mandaron el lugar equivocado y me regalaron un desayuno gratis en Nickelodeon y cuando llegué era para una charla sobre cómo hacer e miembro del hotel y comprar su membresia .

The room was amazing with a wonderful view. The staff was extremely nice, personable and cared about our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and father had a wonderful birthday and stay. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

property was very clean and room was spacious. But having limited access to beach area ( we could not walk much on the beach area with kids since adult side of hotel would not allow kids to walk pass them) There is Casita (adult only hotel) side where beach is cut off with cement, and there are seating areas and hammocks on the beach my kids were not allowed to be on. there was no one at the beach except security personel watching us not to seat on those seats. With extreme windy weather and seaweeds everywhere making ribbon like line in the ocean and sand, we only got to swim in one pool. Going to Nick water park was hassel and we come to Mexico for ocean, not water park anyways. If we would want to go water park, we have alot more bigger one in the state or Bahama. If you have little babies or kids under 5years old who does not need much of adventure, this is the hotel for you. Very well maintained and Clean for sure. Shower water pressure is amazing. However, if you have little bit older kids, probably not a best choice.
