"Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks...

"The room was clean and the common areas are beautiful, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast was not very tasty, and the service in the restaurant was quite slow. If these areas are improved, the overall experience would be much better. "

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"The resort itself is very well maintained and clean - too efficient in cleaning that it constantly has wet floors everywhere (and full of cleaning staff) and rooms being fixed at 9 pm (I will get into this later in this review). Overall: very up to par for JW Marriott group resort for the view, location and architect itself. Has only 2 pools (both quite small) - one by the main desk is full of all inclusive drunk party groups all day long and the other pool is somewhat quieter but lots of kids....

"We have a large suite with a fridge, it was clean and spacious. It was on the first floor, pool and ocean view. Note : your view is a bit obscured through the security fence. Check in was smooth and quick , We were given our room hours earlier than check in time , which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, included scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits etc. There is ALOT of construction noise right now. Ubers and taxis can’t drop at the hotel , it’s approximately a short block away for...

"La habitación es agradable aunque me tocó en el cuarto piso y no tiene elevador entonces es lo único es que tenía que subir muchas escaleras el acceso a la playa lo tenía unos cuantos metros igual que a una de las albercas es muy tranquilo excelente para descansar ir de compras convivir con la familia o con amigos "
