"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el trato del personal es muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. No tiene vista a la playa, el mar queda a 150 m y hay que cruzar la calle, además la vegetación en la arena es abundante por lo que no se aprecia el mar desde las habitaciones."

"The resort property itself was very well kept the issues we had were with the service and the broken promises. I went there in advance of my 70th birthday, we met with a concierge her name was Felicia she promised us a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate to be delivered to my room we arrived on Wednesday and my birthday was on Friday and when we left the following Wednesday it never arrived. We got talked into taking a tour of the VIP section in exchange for a massage for my wife Felicia told...

"They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book...
