"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. 1st they ask for a deposit even after you pay for the entire stay. I found it odd... The deposit they ask for varies per person without reason... Maybe based on the way you look... Then, it takes up to 5 working days to refund your deposit after you leave. "When we arrived the people at reception were so helpful, courteous and kind. They carried our very heavy bags up to the room for us. The room was clean and tidy.
