Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our trip to Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere, everything made for a wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful, and the amenities provided the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Cancun experience. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and gave us some wonderful memories. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, quality time with family, or a tropical getaway, this is a fantastic destination. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We can’t wait to return to Cancun for another unforgettable vacation!"

Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya - An Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The property and staff are amazing! Plenty of space around the pool and different pools that fit different vibes. The only downside was there was not really any beach access. The recent hurricane destroyed the stairs that lead down to the beach as well as the actual beach. Overall a great place to stay and a great resort for our first resort stay."

Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Great location, we knew the beach was not going to be a highlight. The resort was just what we needed for our extended stay in Mexico filled with alot of excursions and time away from the resort. Kids enjoyed the coconut ice cream daily, family really enjoyed the restaurants we had steak every night. Staff was 50/50, good servers in some restaurants but we had one dinner that took forever and steaks came out wrong temp and we essentially traded plates just so we could keep dinner moving after a long day, mornings at the buffet the servers didnt check in with us after they originally got our first drinks. Housekeeping was quick in our rooms but we had to ask them to make sure they swept after a couple of fails. The minibar is stocked with coke products which we enjoyed. The app made it easy to connect with conceriege and order room service, our last night while we packed we managed to miss the cutoff to room service and had to go to the café to find food. Husband said the Cafe was the highlight, he enjoyed it being open 24hrs. We struggled with getting help from the wait staff at the quiet pool several days and they dont make it easy to get to the bar over there and the bartenders neglected the swim up bar. We were receiving alot of calls from the front desk initially to come get our welcome gift but we didnt want to get trapped into a sales pitch so we avoided them. Husband slipped in the shower the first night could of gotten really hurt. The wildlife was plentiful."

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort- Adults Only - Newly Renovated

8/10 Good

"It was an overall amazing stay . Would highly recommend to others . The only minor issue I had was that there was no bottled water available just refillable glass jars ."

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was fantastic. Food and service was also really good. We had Pascuel and William at Spoons for breakfast every morning. They were awesome! Thank you for the wonderful stay. Xavier is so energetic, lovely and helpful. We actually forgot our wallet in the safe after we checked out and the staff was super helpful with getting this returned to us."

Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed staying here. We’re a quiet couple with no children around mid 30 and 40s. We read that this building was the quietest of the 3 resorts and it’s true. No loud music and annoying entertainment by the pool. Just peace and quiet. Great pool service. The roof top pool is only adults if you really dont want to see kids. Of course the big downfall is the beach. But you don’t come to Riviera Maya for the beach. It was very rocky and full of sargassum which was expected. They make up for it big time with everything else. The food was also exquisite. We already knew Mexico was renowned for its food. After staying at many other resorts in the Cancun/Playacar/Playa Mujeres area, we know Mexico’s food greatly outweighs Dominican Republic. This resort surprised us even more! The french à la carte restaurant was exquisite. We ate there twice! The beef filet was cooked as we like it medium rare. The chocolate dessert and crème brûlée were divine. We also enjoyed the Dolores food court for lunch. I had tacos at the grill every time. Delicious! The Italian restaurant was surprisingly good too! I say this because I’m Italian and I get disappointed ever time I order pasta or pizza. Theirs was actually not bad. It’s not Italy of course, but you’re in Mexico so what do you expect. But they really try their best to accommodate you. Just be nice to the servers and staff, if you need something say so kindly and tip them. They work hard!"
