"The condo, the staff, cleanliness, beach area all excellent. There could be more kitchen supplies such as more pots and pans, cookie/pizza sheets, smaller bowls, etc. We also found the small propane stove top challenging for cooking as controlling the heat was difficult. More comfortable chairs such as relaxing lounge chairs on the patio would be beneficial. Overall a nice condo and with the above improvements it would be a 10 out of 10. "

"We booked 4 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a great stay! Property is gorgeous, staff is super friendly and helpful, we did some tours and a visit to Grecialandia (a must do!) in puerto plata and it was an easy drive about 45/50 minutes. It’s great to have a resort feel that also feels like home. Having a full kitchen is a game changer and the apartment was much bigger than it appeared in the photos, which we appreciated. Will definitely be back! "

"When we arrived, they gave us the wrong Broom. We paid for the penthouse, suite and got a two bedroom suite. That was not a penthouse. We were so tired. We don’t tried to deal with it the next day. Also, there was no water in the suite, the oven did not work, they were not enough towels, and the bedsheets in the second bedroom smelt like they were left in the washing machine too long. "Room was very spacious with a separate kitchen/dining, living room and bedroom. The amenities are great too - an amazing gym, lap pool and a rooftop restaurant! Nice short walk to the beach. Perfect location for a surfing holiday and reasonably priced. "
