Serviced Apartment di Puerto Plata

"Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool."

"Staff is friendly and condos are clean and comfortable."

"The outside of the property is beautiful, but the unit inside is very outdated and not cleaned throughly. There was mold in the bathroom shower. The appliances provided were very old and worn. We never got access to the wifi even after asking, which made it very difficult for me to work. There was no one available when I checked in, and Expedia even had a hard time getting in touch with someone. When we did get in contact with someone to cancel the reservation and get a refund, she was kind."

"Ok so first off i would never stay here again ! I have been traveling to sosua for almost ten years So my experience would say that the property is nice The beach on site was the best part , now let’s get down to the real facts The check in was cool, but then i was upset soon as i get in the 3 bedroom which is advertised as a “luxury penthouse”, def not that No tv in each room which was a total turn off actually no tv in no bedrooms , no toilet paper to wipe my rear end , no dish...

"Fantastic property, staff was great."

"Bad check in instructions, pool not usable and room was smelly and in bad shape"

"It was all perfect 😊"

"Saw one big croch roaming around...had to dirty one of my house slippers..."
