"Avoid this hotel at all costs.Checked in on March 23rd and the air conditioning in our room was completely broken. In Punta Cana. The front desk offered zero solutions — no room change, no fix, nothing. We had to leave the same night without ever using the room.To make it worse, the hotel refused to issue any refund whatsoever. We paid in full for a service we never received and they kept every single dollar. Absolutely shameful. Book anywhere else."
