"This was an amazing resort. The pool is warm and shaded and comfortable and a great respite from the heat. The best part of the day is evening (around 4:30 to 5:30pm) when the animals come out to play at the pool. "We stayed at an apartment rental on the resort. The food was really not good and during the buffet there was food dropped everywhere and no staff to make aure consistently cleaning. The road conditions were terrible, it is a very large property and you really have to drive everywhere the roads needed a lot of work due to potholes. The best part was going to playa blanca. "10/10 would recommend this resort. My husband and I stayed here 20 years after he first stayed at this same resort with his family as a teenager. They had great things to say then, and we have amazing things to say now! The resort was clean and had the most gorgeous views. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed at any time. Shout out to Marco at Mogotes pool bar for always making sure our cups were full. "The staff at Tabulia were terrific. Special shout out to Ariel and Henry for always being helpful. The meals were good. The pool and pool area was nice, though the tables could have used some umbrellas. The beds were a bit hard and the linens could be improved but overall we were happy with our stay."

"First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom.
