"出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。 従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。"

"A dream stay! It is the most authentic Japanese experience we could’ve ever imagined. Absolutely breathtaking room (we got the room with the private hot spring and garden) and just wow. It was our last hotel before we traveled back home and we really are grateful it was! They provide excellent service and the amenities and cleanliness is top notch. "Beautiful room and property! I didn'teave a 5 star review because of how the host handled and incoming Typhoon on our last night there. We called the host to ask if in the event of an emergency we could stay an extra night (and pay for it). The host told us because our room was already booked by another group that we would have to switch rooms - we were fine with that. Because it would be a new booking we wouldn't be able to check into our new room until 3pm. Even though almost all the rooms...

"The facility is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was a lot bigger than we expected. We had our first Onsen experience here and everything was just so clean and thoughtfully put together. The ambiance of Hakone Fuga in general made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is only a short taxi ride from the Togendai stop at the Hakone Ropeway. I’ll gladly be coming back here. "
