"The only con I have to mention about this hotel is that exits really aren't labeled clearly. Yokohama is massive station and depending on which transit system you're using, you MAY have to climb a flight of stairs, walk across aong path, before you can get to a hotel. If you're taking the city's subway or JR or Keikyu you'll be fine. "今回、初めての利用でしたが、とても快適な滞在となりました。 自動チェックインの際に戸惑っていたらフロントの女性が助けてくれて支払いをしてルームキーと朝食のvoucherを受け取れました。 客室はとても清潔で清掃が行き届いてました、バスルームにタオル類が一組しかなかったけど、フロント「翌朝にシャワーを浴びたいのでバスタオルをもう一枚頂けないか？」と電話したら、女性の係の方がすぐバスタオルとフェイスタオルを部屋まで持ってきてくれてとても助かりました。 朝食も種類が豊富で暖かい料理は冷めないような工夫がされていて、常に美味しい状態になっていて、無くなった料理は直ぐ追加してくれて、とても満足な朝食となりました。 立川にステイする時は是非、ホテルエミシアを利用させて頂きます。"
