"We were hesitant to try the Universal shuttle as it wasn’t a guarantee that we would get on the reservation time picked. The staff were polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Close to universal and plenty of food options. A restock of the kitchen utensils and just putting the A/C on a few hours before our arrival are the only suggestions I have. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again."

"I stayed here for the proximity to DTLA & the Burbank Gallery I have my art in. Considering it is on the Fwy, it was quiet... The lobby doors are perpetually LOCKED and there is no sign to direct customers to the side office window. There is No Breakfast as advertised, however, there is Free parking. The room was clean: the bed was soft, the sofa was so old & worn, & soft that I couldn't get up off of it. No clocks, no microwave. The towels were rough and had holes in them. The shower head...
