"The room is huge… given that it’s a service apartment. The washer and dryer made a lot of difference to our trip at Rusutsu. The area is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mountain View is definitely amazing, especially during winter. While it is a bit of distance from the main resort area, it is walkable (or you can just drive there if you have a car) and sheltered all the way from the Vale to the main resort area. Will stay here if I were to come to Rusutsu again. "

"It's a log cabin which is unique in nature. There were 2 types of beds which are good for children and adults. The pool table created a fun time for the family"

"This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. "The stay with family for 4 days 3 nights is fantastic. The view is so amazing with snowing. It is near to ski resort with 15 mins drive. It is very convenient with driving a car and facility is clean and comfortable for a family staying. There is no breakdown communication with the staff and clear instructions was given. Will be back again of visit Niseko again."
