"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic."
