"La habitación estaba limpia pero el piso y alfombra. aunque lo limpien ya que está muy viejo lo cual se ve muy mal, ese hotel necesita reparación, la atención en la piscina muy buena al igual que sus comidas,la vista al mar muy buena pero no me convence la reja del balcón es peligroso además el aire acondicionado muy viejo, las piscinas no están con todos los químicos que llevan porque el agua no está cristalina y falta de cloro,los carros que te llevan al parqueo casi nunca están y al igual...

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"Definitely a older hotel that could use a remodel, but rooms were clean. Pool was nice and kept clean. My only complaint was no elevator and having to carry all my luggage and things up 4 flights of stairs. I wished I had checked for that prior to booking. Other than that, no complaints. Staff was friendly."

"We enjoyed our family vacation with Woodspring Suites. It was nice to have the kitchen available for breakfast and preparing meals for beach days. The staff was friendly and the grounds clean. We stayed a full week and enjoyed the laundry facilities being so advanced that we could tap pay and could keep us with minutes on our phones. The price was very affordable and I highly recommend you give them a try. Thanks Nina for your hospitality. It’s nice staying somewhere that you feel they remember...

"Expedia nor the message from the hotel will tell you they charge $25 processing fee in addition to the required amount due to the resort. This was never explained in any of the documents or invoices and they would not refund the difference. Beware of these hidden charges"

"Ice machine broken. Internet not working. No access to lobby…all interactions via like a small bank teller window and slot. Fairly pricey for the low budget level of this motel. Many, many options for lodging in PCB. Recommend others to keep looking. (Police arrested a tenant during my stay!)"
