The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

"My favorite place to stay in London. It feels like a home away from home with a splash of special-ness. The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). You couldn't ask for nicer staff who will do anything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. "

"Hotel is unassuming and blends into the street almost unnoticeable. Old building, cute and clean room. Daily room cleaning if you want it, if not they offer a free drink at the bar for declining. Bar is open 24h a day. Breakfast offered at additional cost but didn’t look appealing. There are street vendors and restaurants in the area that had better options. "Great selections from buffet and from menu. We had a craving for a quiche when we arrived and they whipped up a couple of them. They weren’t on the menu, they just are that kind of hotel and staff. Unbelievable!"

"The rooms were clean and very modern. The staff were attentive, arranged car service, and made recommendations as needed. They even provided us with a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary. We enjoyed the Blind Spot (Speakeasy) on the property. They had great drinks and we had a few shares while there. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the tube. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
