"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"Room was clean and in a great part of the city, within walking distance to a lot of the sights. Our fight got in early but we were able to pre check-in and they stored our bags for us while we went out and explored. Staff was friendly. Would recommend."
