My only complaint would be a lack of a workout facility (to work off all the pizza, pasta and bread) you will eat in Florence.. and the noise, especially on Wednesdays when the trash trucks start at 3 in the morning. Bedding Threadbare, Smelled of bleach Bathroom had only one light over the mirror so the rest of the very small bathroom was in the dark. The shower had fittings missing and a tile off. It was grubby overall due to being so old. The tiling and fittings looked like they were over 30 years old. It desperately needed a refurbish overall. "We were greated by staff as we arrived several hours before check in, we were able to leave our luggage and walk about the city. Once we returned our luggage was already delivered to our room. The room was clean and they had a gift for us as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleased"
