"This place needs a good cleaning. Dust, dirt, and grime everywhere. I’m not high class by any means but when I sit down at a restaurant and my chair is dusty and the base boards have so much built up dust that it’s stuck on that’s disturbing. The handle on the hair dryer was sticky, and the light bulbs in our ceiling fan were burnt out. I would highly recommend another place to stay. Also the valet if highway robbery!"

"A vacation within a vacation. We came to see & experience Crystal Bridges & we stumbled into 21c & downtown Bentonville. All of it, the entire city, makes the most of giving back in a very safe & beautiful place."

"Service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was slim, cold and utensils/bowls had to be asked for. Room was ok, had to ask for towels daily. The view from our balcony room was the only thing I can give a 10 rating on. Stay at your own risk.😕"

"This is a nice property that is not completely renovated. Room was comfortable, clean, there was plenty of room for our dog's kennel and personal items. The grounds/trails are nice. Pool area looked nice but the weather was too chilly for me to want to use it. The breakfast area was not completed. The rooms were not very soundproofed...you could hear TV/music from other guests as well as heavy walking. TV stations were limited and it buffered frequently. The keypad on the door was tricky to use...

"Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future."

"The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all."

"Great hotel! Clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I had to hide a birthday surprise downstairs! Unload luggage at the check in desk because parking is around the block in garage and then you walk through a corridor to the back where the pool is. Great stay!!"

"Floor bathrooms was like mold around very dirty and black around calling (tub) broken lamp no bathroom exhaust fan and lady and breakfast only one person they should have 2 o more working in the area"

"No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back."
