This was a great place to stay the only negative is the pool area the outdoor furniture needs updating, and some days the housekeepers didn’t show up but other than that it was a great room and excellent location

El Colonial - Adults Only
Friendly staff and great location right in the heart of Old San Juan. Despite what Hotels.com says you dont need to wait for an email from the hotel or arrange anything with them ahead of time. The front task is staffed 24/7 and they were wonderful. This place is about a 10 minute walk to the cruise ...

Hotel Milano
Had a great stay at Hotel Milano. It was so easy to access restaurants, attractions, dessert places cafes, and pharmacies. To top it off, before and during my visit the staff have been incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
