"Be advised that the road to this amazing property is full of twists and turns which doesn't help anyone who is prone to motion sickness. Dramamine is a must! We arrived late at the property which there was a guard that pointed us to the way of the desk agent, who greeted us and helped us take our luggage to our suite. "The food especially the fish was not so good. I guess a $50 tip for the guy that showed us around the property was not enough because he wouldn't even look at us after that. Other than that the place is great we loved it except the water slide was closed and so was the bar I guess low season."

"The lodge may not look luxurious but the staff make sure you feel like it is. Insuring all your needs are met. The staff were amazing, first class! All meals were a beautiful presentation and they got to know you and then catered to your tastes. He mad my husband a fresh picante sauce. We loved the location. "When we arrived my wife and I we were welcomed by Jerry and Geraldine from the firs moment they makes us feel VIP . All of their staff share the same goal to make us feel important, and we were. We estayed for four nights, and our experience was 100% ++ satisfied. Hotel rooms, garden, food, location, and the river in the back was great 👍 We recommend this hotel 100%"
