"I was very impressed by the suite. They went above and beyond, providing luggage storage, a bottle of wine and even snacks, toys and goodies for my children. They also provided a complimentary clean during the stay. Thank you so much!!!"

"Enjoyed the hotel, staff were very nice and mostly friendly. The room was well designed and spacious. There were some permanent and large stains on the carpet of our room that made it seem dated. Otherwise it was very clean. We appreciated use of the nice bathrobes and slippers. The housekeeping staff also did a great job with room freshening. "

"We had a wonderful stay at LX Arch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with a glass of port and a pastel de nata, which was such a lovely touch. The team were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city. "Really enjoyed our stay , front desk and bar staff were excellent, breakfast was fine but needed some variety, no sausage in Portugal! We did find all the construction to be very loud during the day and the trams pass in front of the hotel at all hours. The entertainment in the bar was nice and having water and snacks throughout the day was a plus. Would recommend but be aware of the construction noise."
