"We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. Parts of the resort are extremely loud and we had to move rooms after the first night due to excessive music...

"Got denied access to normal dinner food or the party in new years despite being told earlier it was included in the room rate by head of kitchen without paying $500. Later learnt that this was just not formal request from the hotel and only requested by head of kitchen. Total mess."
