"Excellent hotel, good layout, well ran with very helpful and friendly staff. Everything very clean with pools and garden areas between the individual blocks, lots of area in direct sunlight, lots of beds both between blocks and also in the slopes down to the beach area. Excellently ran restaurant (lovely food, brilliant staff and management) and snack areas with easy access to food and drink. Layout appears strange on map but actually works very well with the shuttle bus running up and down the...

"I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "
