Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. "The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful."
