"Absolutely enjoyed our stay, we are planning an annual trip to this resort. The on-site restaurant Hearth 61 was amazing, every meal we ate was phenomenal. The staff cleaned our rooms every day, the pool was clean and well maintained. The mountain views were fabulous."

"They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund."

"A lovely hotel to look at. Good free parking. The room was well appointed with large fridge freezer, microwave, sink, dish washer and ample cutlery and cooking equipment. Breakfast was ok but would benefit from some proper fresh fruits apart from a banana. Also muesli and natural yoghurt for me would have been nice. There was always scrambled egg, bacon or sausages,biscuits and a sauce which everyone seemed to choose. It was within walking distance to Walmart and Khols and there were so many...

"Managed to get a very clean and quiet room. Suggest putting do not disturb on the phone as the staff felt OK about calling after 9 AM and they said really they could call after 8 AM. In my case, it was about a couple minor personal kitchen items (a pepper shaker, and a knife), someone had left weeks ago and had been calling about repeatedly and then showed up, so it seemed totally unnecessary to call me, particularly as they had had ample opportunity to check the room. "I went in early dude to my flight arriving early and they let me check in early that was nice of course my room was ready. When I went up to the second floor I had noticed crumbs on the carpet and hair on the bed when I talked to the staff they were fast on fixing it I also thought that was nice. My room the switched me to was super clean didn’t have a smell and it was very comfortable"
