"For the price and location, it can’t be beat. I used to live in Germantown and this hotel was built in the mid to late 1980s. She’s been renovated with hardwood floors and fresh paint but those renovations are starting to show their age. The tubs and showers are showing their age. Sometimes the pool is open and sometimes not. The breakfast area is small with standard fare. The owners are price busting at this location but to do so the maintenance is starting to suffer. Fresh plants and landscaping won’t hide the fading paint. The staff is good."

"We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation. I told them to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable paying them over the phone. The lady was very rude. "

"It's a good hotel EXCELLENT booking on the Expedia JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MANY DAYS U STAY AND THE PRICE IS CHEAP ( ON THE DAYS PEOPLE STAY THO) breakfast was all right but just need more varieties the RoomS was good CLEAN ENVIRONMENT CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS GOOD The wifi not so good i couldn't connect to it 😕 But EVERYRHING IS GOOD THE WORKERS REALLY NICE RESPECTFUL "

"There was someone else dirty towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door, a piece of trash in the corner like they never swept, and soap scum on the bathroom walls. Oh and we couldn’t get into our room with the key and had to go to the front desk three times for it to be corrected but staff was very kind "
