"Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights."

"Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7! Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,...

"However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. You may have to refresh your room yourself and get your towels and other consumables items from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent comparable to some of your better breakfast restaurants. Location was great, for you were surrounded by shopping strip malls and a variety of fast food restaurants where some were...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not friendly when we arrived. They did not offer a friendly greeting or make me feel at all welcome. They said nothing about the where anything was in the hotel and then rudely pointed me in the right direction when I clearly couldn't find the elevators. I wouldn't stay there again."

"To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained."
