Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

"We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Santa Fe. We were a part of 5 and booked 2 rooms. There was live entertainment and dancing which we enjoyed. There was a variety of foods to choose from buffets to a la carte. A bit disappointed that there wasn't much authentic Mexican food. We were very much looking forward to that, being we were in Mexico. Another area that was disappointing was that there wasn't control in enforcing designated smoking areas. Guests walked around smoking on the premises, including in the pools. We saw no smoking/ vaping signage but they were very small and not very visible. The amenities were good but I would like to suggest an ample space for a game room with multiple arcade machines and games for children, adolescents and young adults to enjoy. Besides the small water park, I think an actual game room would cater to their needs. For the most part, the resort was nice and we enjoyed our short stay."

"The staff was wonderful. They treated us with care and respect. Always making sure we were happy with their services. I want to thank Enrique a server from the restaurant. He was always made sure we were taken care of. Rafael in the deli makes delicious food, best chicken Cesar salad I’ve ever eaten."
