The hotel leaves you not wanting to leave it because it has everything from food and activities and beach right near it and massage parlour and facials and hairdressers and even when stung in the ocean there is a doctor. "Avoid at any cost ❌ Do yourself a favor and stay away Arrived at almost 4 PM yet I had to wait for my room in the lobby ! The reception staff are unprofessional , undertrained, Impolite and manipulators when I asked for 1 hour late check out considering I had to wait for my room after 4 PM the morning shift would ask you to come and ask the evening shift whom they gonna ask you to ask the night shift whom they gonna ask you to wake up early and come to the desk to ask the morning shift again...

"Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly.
