"The room was in need of updating the bathroom wall had multiple holes in the tile. The shower had rust stains in it from an outdated shower caddy that should be replaced. The room itself had stains that looked like mildew or food splatter on the wall near the studio sink that couldn’t be removed which should be painted! Seems like they are making the money on people staying but not putting any of it back into the units which need better up keeping! The balcony looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned...

"There was one instance where we lost power, luckily our neighbor was just walking in and guided me to the electric room, we had to turn our panel ON, apparently it happened to her few days ago. I tried reaching to our host for an hour and he didn't answer. I got a little upset, but it was just for an hour and we got it fixed. Other than that small hiccup, everything was great. Great property, great location, great beach"

"I’ll start with the pros: The property manager was delightful. The apartment is HUGE, modern, tall ceilings, nice balcony with a view of mullet bay in the near distance. Sleeps 6 comfortably in bedrooms and 4 more on couches. (We were less than 6 people) Washer and dryer inside the unit. Gated security. The AC works incredibly well.
