I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Great staff, and the breakfast is well worth it. Location is good - 5 minute walk to the DLR. The spa unfortunately was disappointing."

"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Good location, bed very comfortable, decent size room and great shower. The room was a good size but the room could do with a refurb. We’ve stayed in one of the senior classrooms before and this is just a bigger version with the same amenities. Several sockets don’t work and some areas are a bit shabby. Service this time around was minimal. We were told to go up in the lift to the 3rd floor but the lift only goes to floor 2. We then had to wander a bit to find how to get to 3. Shame also...

"Very noise. We arrived to room 102. Clean and comfortable. We required a nap due to a very early start but the corridors were very noisey. Lots of shouting and banging. Our extractor fan was not working but it was late at night before we realised. We were woken at 6am by was seemed to be the floor below us kitchen/reception with the banging of cupboards and doors. This was followed by a continuous sound of running water. Possibly a laudry/ kitchen was my first thought. This continued for 2hrs...
