"We stayed in the Wizard themed room… Such a lovely room and a great idea. Real HP experience including a wizard breakfast too. Special coins for the tuck shop which the kids loved. Our friends also stayed in the apartment which they loved too. "

"We were travelling with two sets of friends, three different rooms. It seems we were fortunate to get Room 110 which had a nice balcony and window overlooking the park across the street. Our friends were not so lucky on the third floor with their rooms which were not good at all. Too bad really as the property location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the tube system to get around."

Convenient to groceries and pharmacy and right by Earl’s court underground transport which got your everywhere you needs to go in London! "Delightful. We had a clean, beautifully designed and fresh feeling room overlooking the pretty garden. The air conditioning worked very well and kept us very comfortable, which we needed as it was a very hot couple of days. We also dined in the hotel for dinner and breakfast and both were exceptional. "

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "

"이 호텔의 제일 장점은 위치입니다. 교통이 편리한 해머스미스에 위치해서 런던내 필요한 장소로 접근하기가 쉽습니다. 호텔도 역 가까이에 있지만 살짝 조용한 곳이어서 더 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절히 응대해주고 최선을 다하는 느낌이었습니다. 마지막날 짐을 맡겨놓고 다시돌아와서 히드로 공항에 가기에도 좋습니다. 룸 컨디션은 전체적으로 잘 관리되었다는 인상이지만, 살짝 좁은 느낌은 있습니다. 특히 트윈룸의 침대 폭이 좁기는 했습니다만 다른 모든 장점들이 이것을 상쇄할만 했습니다. "

"This is our third stay at London Lodge. Always enjoy the surrounding neighborhood, easy access to tube station especially if one is flying in from Heathrow or arriving by train from Kings Cross. Both are on the Piccadilly Line as is Earl's Court tube station. Accessible ramps and lifts for ease of handling luggage. The hotel is a few blocks away but all flat. We are in our 70's and have not had any issues as we are seasoned travelers. Staff is lovely, room is quiet on upper floor. We tried...

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
