"The staff were super helpful and always able to answer our questions, or help us out. The property is old, so there are some quirks. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was included which was lovely! They have lots of wonderful breakfast options for most people. We required gluten free and so our options were limited. They were very accommodating regardless! The pub on site was welcoming as well."

"Lobby was gorgeous and leads you to believe that you will be staying in a quality hotel. Nope! The shower had black plastic covering the blue tiles, the shower was also small and cramped. Bed was OK, king sized bed with a duvet that barely covered it. The restaurant quality was shockingly overpriced for the quality - vegans beware - they state "vegan options" but what you get is basic pasta with a tomato sauce for the bargain price of £22! "I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Not a pleasant atmosphere. Property very old . Bathroom stinks, shower leaks and sink blok. Have to change room on the second day which was ok ok not that great. Try to avoid if possible. Only good thing is the staff very helpful."
