"Amazing location, right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Spacious rooms, really clean. Supportive staff.
The WiFi speeds could do with an upgrade, current speeds are limited to only 20mbps and the gym area could also do with some extra machines for working different body parts."

"The staff (particularly Leroy) were very helpful and professional, meeting all of our expectations and needs.
Our visit was to attend the ABBA Voyage show and the hotel was very well placed for this. Stratford underground station is very close with easy connections to central London. Additionally, there are many good restaurants/pubs and shops within easy walking distance.
Our only negative was the room was very compact, particularly when the bed was fully extended and our window looked...

"Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy...
