"This was booked for my daughters 21st birthday. On arrival our bags were taken into a room once we arrived back to check in at 4pm our rooms were still not ready when they should have been ready at 3pm. We were then told they wouldn't be ready until 4.30 this left us no time to get ready as we had a table booked for 5pm, so this had to be changed! We got no apology from the staff they just said they had been busy, which I feel is unacceptable.
This is not what we expected from the Hilton hotel...

"Staff were lovely and very attentive! Free toiletries are available in the reception. Room and bathroom was very clean and the smart tv was nice. Only minor thing we had a bit of trouble with was the shower because the door doesn't fully close, so sometimes the bathroom floor would get wet easily. The location was great, walking distance to Stratford shopping centre and easy access to the airport coach. We had a lovely stay thank you!"
