"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium.
Tube and buses go everywhere.
Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful.
We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details.
It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"Clean and spacious room, and helpful staff. Breakfast was abit chotic though, and overwhelming, there wasnt enough tables and chairs fpr the amount of people staying, felt very cramped in, but the breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel.
The team at the front desk were very efficient and accommodating. We requested a late checkout and they were able to accommodate us which was amazing, knowing that the hotel was completely sold out.
The breakfast is also top notch, with a great! Nice selection of hot and cold items, pastries and juices."

Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room.
Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds...
