"This hotel was everything I wanted for my trip. The hotel is centrally located. It is close to Westfield mall, close to the Elizabeth line that goes straight to Heathrow Airport. The staff were very friendly and warm, and even upgraded my room since I was there for a celebration! The room was beautiful, and very clean and modern. I don't have any complain whatsoever. The breakfast could be better if you are looking for a proper buffet style breakfast. The breakfast is Alcarte with some options...

"Staff were lovely and very attentive! Free toiletries are available in the reception. Room and bathroom was very clean and the smart tv was nice. Only minor thing we had a bit of trouble with was the shower because the door doesn't fully close, so sometimes the bathroom floor would get wet easily. The location was great, walking distance to Stratford shopping centre and easy access to the airport coach. We had a lovely stay thank you!"

"This is my favourite hotel in the world, and I've stayed in Mandarin Orientals, Peninsulas, One and Only. Location is amazing, within the Westfield mall shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling, and the Olympic neighbourhood park, river, V&A East, Arcelor tower, Abba Voyage, West Ham stadium. Room rates are the best value in London. Great breakfast buffet with kids free deal. I wish they sold serviced apartments like "luxury" hotels."
