"On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight.
Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left.

"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend"

"Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden."
