"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Excellent hôtel ton stay in London. Only downside: if you don't book a city view room, you'll be looking at a pretty stern wall outside of your window. Now the pluses: the hitel is spacious and clean. There is always staff around and they are super helpful. All of them. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The location is super convenient too. I highly recommend."

"Truly a four star experience. A wonderful hotel accommodating our three generation family of seven. The concierge and breakfast staff provide excellent friendly service and delicious meals. The location is perfect for seeing London with two nearby tube stations and the river bus. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommended the hotel to anyone visiting London."

"Property has a good pub/ pizza+ cafe downstairs and if you get a renovated room (we stayed in an old and renovated one over the course of 4 weeks) you may have a half decent stay and is in a decent location. If it’s hot, you want to keep any food or drinks cool good luck. There is zero air conditioning the place was stinking hot and deadly uncomfortable and they don’t have enough fans to give out, seriously? And you can’t buy any drinks/ food from them or anywhere else cause you can’t keep them...

"No lifts on this property, and the stairs are narrow and hard to navigate w heavy luggage. Good property for the young person with small luggage. Less so for the elderly or people with heavy luggage."

"The rooms are small but carefully proportioned to fit in the shower and toilet. The bed is an unusual one that raises at one end to allow more elevated sleeping or sitting. The tech seems a little superfluous throughout the hotel but the kind friendly staff show what the hotel's redl strength is. Breakfast is well organised with plenty choice."
