"The location was fantastic, in New Town, but very close to the Royal Mile. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The view to the Firth of Fourth was stunning. Highly recommended!"

"Nice place. A little cramped for five of us but good value for the money spent. Washer worked but dryer didn't. We ended up having clothes stuck in there for a long time overnight and in the morning when we rsna the dryer a few times. Checkout is at 1000am so at 1024 they knocked saying we need to leave. "The rooms need to be maintained and need to be properly renovated and refreshed. Hallways were smelly. Bed covers and bedding were dirty for the pull out couch, which was very cheap feeling material. There was hair on the headboard of the bed in main room. Tvåvånings sängen var mycket skön att sova i. Tyvärr var de större sängarna av äldre modell och madrassernas fjädring gjorde att sängarna uppfattades som ”skålade” och ”lutade”.
