Cuando te envían el código para accesar al departamento solo hasta ese momento menciona que no hay elevador. Y al llegar al edificio descubres que son 5 pisos y tardaron 20 minutos en avisar cuál era el número de apartamento. "Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

We stayed only one night, but the size of the room and the mini kitchen would have made for a very comfortable multi-night stay. The 24 hour coffee and complimentary croissants in the morning. were much appreciated."

"The apartment was huge and the location was great!! It was easy to get around, Princes Street Gardens was right across the street with a view of the castle! The apartment was clean. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods unfortunately. If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to access the apartment. There is a circular staircase and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us though but I can see it being a problem for others. We only stayed one night but worked perfectly for our needs."
