"My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. "The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience"

"This hotel should not be listed on Expedia! This Hotel is being used to house Asylum seekers. It was filthy, the bedding was stained. There was loud music playing at 12:30am from a function happening in the property. There are no keys to the hotel rooms, they're on digital door codes - which made me feel very unsafe that anyone could get into the room if they had the same combination code. I did not feel safe at all. I did not stay at the hotel. I am now trying to get my refund from Expedia."
