"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."

There were multiple people sitting in cars smoking marijuana in the parking lot, which did not create a welcoming or secure environment for guests. Inside the hotel, the hallways smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and curry. Guests were slamming room doors throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations at any hotel, and this property...

"If you are getting the room just to sleep and don't care about conditions, then this is perfe t for you. Other than that: - Smell. The room smells. The hallway smells. - AC. Doesn't work. - Stains. Stains from walls to sheets to towels. Absolutely disgusting hotel."

"Good, friendly staff, they tried their best. NO elevator when they placed us on 2nd floor. NO functional ice machines. Place is a dump, broken door locks, holes in walls, non working lamps, didn’t even risk taking a shower. One side of the property is an overnight lot with no cameras or lighting. Best room in the whole place is the lobby. "

"I spoke to the owners about my thoughts, they were respectful and receptive which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, private, and large. They resemble a studio apartment. The beds are comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The problems they have are superficial and if I had to guess come from a financial beating they took because of covid like every other small business. There was no toilet paper roll holder, no floor mat for the outside of the shower. I was a single person staying one...
