"Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, befindet sich aber in einer schönen grünen ruhigen Umgebung. WLAN funktioniert prima. Ich fand das Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Zimmer super, da ich zur Uni-Entlassungsfeier musste und meine Kleidung vorher auf Vordermann bringen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter sind top, beim Frühstück ist insbesondere das große warme Angebot zu erwähnen. Pool/Wellness habe ich nicht genutzt. Ich würde wieder hinfahren."

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "

"The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! The whole place smelt damp and was dirty throughout, the beds were disgusting as was everything else, couldn't wait to get out of that horrible old rundown awful...
