"We had an amazing 6 night stay at Mustard Hotel. You absolutely cannot beat the location: close proximity to 2 different train stations, walkable to an abundance of restaurants, bars, shopping! The staff was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The coffee shop had wonderful options and our meal vouchers were such a great addition to our experience. And I cannot forget to mention the quaint small bar downstairs playing fantastic music. The next time we return to Japan we will...

"Great place to stay"

"Room was small but perfectly designed to be comfortable. Hotel was just a little off the centre which was very nice to be away from the chaos of Shinjuku downtown but still very walkable. Very convenient to have an efficient storage room and laundry facilities. Staff was very helpful."

"We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you"

"nice stay with families."

"Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels"
