"This property was ideal"

"The room with the bathtub was in the accessible floor and wasn't kept well. The phone did not work and we had to walk up everytime to the lobby for anything we needed. We told them about the phone but it was never fixed. The maintenance person said they were going home and never followed up on that. The hallway and general condition of the room was not good. The breakfast however was really good. that made a difference to an otherwise not so great stay. Staff were super helpful in other areas, we needed coins for laundry and they went out of their way but going to the nextdoor Homewood suites to help get us the change."

"Stayed for 3 nights. We picked this hotel cause it was close to zoo. We didn't rent a car so used Uber. No restaurants or stores in walking distance so made it hard to go out to eat w out getting an uber. Staff was very nice n helpful!! They only serve breakfast which had a buffet or menu. Good food! If we are ever back in town I would stay here again, but w a rental car."
